By accessing or using The Bunker Self-Defense services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Use of the Site
Content on this site is provided for informational purposes only. You agree to use the site lawfully and in a manner consistent with applicable regulations.
Class Participation
Participation in martial arts classes carries inherent physical risk. Students must complete a waiver and disclose any medical conditions before training.
Payments and Refunds
Membership and class fees are due on the schedule communicated at signup. Refund and cancellation policies are explained in your enrollment agreement.
Conduct
Students agree to conduct themselves with respect for instructors, other students, and the facility. Harassment or unsafe behavior is grounds for removal.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bunker Self-Defense is not liable for injuries or losses arising from class participation beyond the terms of the signed waiver.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
